Ghostrider finally goes solo!
With the help of many people on this forum last week, I finally located a solo seat for my 1988 FLHTC, who I affectionately call Ghostrider.
I ordered the Mustang wide studded solo seat a few days ago. It came last night and I put it on right away. It bolted right on even though Mustang says it fits 1989-96 and mine is an '88.
I broke it in right today with a 100 mile roundtrip ride to JP Cycles and Rossmeyers Harley at Destination Daytona.
Here are a few pics. I think Ghostrider looks pretty cool with the solo seat. What do y'all think?

And I just might head on up there to Starke. I just saw something about it in Full Throttle Magazine. Looks like a good time.
BTW, how did you mount your license plate? I currently have mine held on with...hate to mention it on the forum...zip ties. Just got my second relo bracket from JP cycles and this one doesn't like it will fit either. It just got here today and I just got home from work but it doesn't look too promising.

Truthfully cant remember who makes it. I was at Gainesville Harley talkin to the parts manager who is all about evos. He ordered it for me. It is supposed to mount behind the turnsignal bar. Found out that thay changed that too. It does mount on newer bikes but my holes too close, drilled two holes and you dont notice it
