Pull your battery and give it a full charge.

After that do the Dr Hess checking your charging system sticky located above.

Electrical problems are always a mystery until the mystery is solved. I'd go grab a car battery, hook it up and follow the procedure here:

I wouldn't use a car battery.
You know you need to put a full charge on the battery that fits in the bike so why would you hook up a car batter.
Besides the fact that car batteries have too many amps that is.

It didn't! You have an electrical problem and need to do some testing, as per Dr Hess's sticky "How To Diagnose Your Charging System" above. You will need a multimeter. Let us know how you get on so we can help solve things.

Sounds like bad battery connection.

The circuits in a motorcycle (and most circuits) are current limiting - you do not need to worry about too many amps. It`ll take only what it needs.

Check the main power cables at both ends, to ensure they are clean and tight, also the ground cable between trans and frame. If everything is low on power, but your battery is strong, the problem is likely to be simple to track down, as it is in the main power side of the system, probably not a charging system, as I guessed earlier.
