A Super E is a primitive means of converting dollars into horsepower....and it does that very well indeed!! but the CV is the best for a mix of performance and economy but it won't give you S&S performance.
Be good to have the CV for commuting and put the Super E back on for the weekend :-)

To maintain gravity feed you would have to put it on the rear seat or the luggage rack.
Met a guy that put an extra tank like that on the back seat.

It is a tube that fits under (above, I suppose) the main jet. It is supposed to atomize the fuel mixture from the main jet better. Some report better fuel economy with one. I haven't found a before/after dyno graph. Costs ~$45.
It could very well be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but it's not worth $45 for me to try.

I have one
I installed the Yost tube, right after I got my ride & to be honest couldn't tell any difference. Best thing I did for the S&S was to install the MaxFlow A/C kit from Zippers. Fuel mileage went up about 5 mpg & weather permitting I ride 160 miles to & from work. Get around 38 mpg & cruise around 70.
