Unedited: Adding a second relay to fix the dreaded click

I was ready to give you a ditto, but engineers and QC test these things for a whole lot of cycles. Thats a bandaid, it works but, side steps the initial issue, doesn't cure the problem. It's tedious, but, clean and lubricate all electrical connections and be done with it! jmho I didn't read all the posts, probably waay off base on this.

Cleaning the pin/socket connections will only get half of all contact points.
To really make sure you have a good connection at all points you have to replace all connectors.
The reason for this is that Harley uses a connector that just stabs a couple of tabs into the wire (no solder involved). Corrosion can build up in there and there is no way to clean it. The only way to make sure you have no corrosion is to replace the connector or bypass it.
As for using the push button on the starter yes it works but to me it is annoying to have to lean over and push it.
