Rode yesterday, 65*. Could of rode today, But I don't trust the weather people. Expecting a foot of snow tonight. Went from a Winter Storm Watch to a Blizzard Warning in the matter of 2 hours this afternoon. Back into the 60s by Tuesday. This is really messing with my break-in process on my 98" kit!! But we need the moisture. Springtime in the Rockies!

The weather here is breaking a little - finally! Yesterday the sun was shining and it was hovering close to 50 for a while. I was giving serious consideration to going for a ride, but thinking about all the sand and salt on the roads from the recent storm stopped me.
I did pull the cover off (for the first time in what seems like forever), roll the bike outside and then washed and dried it thoroughly. Last night I began the annual ritual of a full polish job. I figure if I give it an hour or so each night by next weekend everything will be as clean and shiny as possible. I really don't like spending time polishing, so I try to do a really thorough job in the Spring and hope it lasts.
