It took some time for me to learn the process correctly. I am confident now that I can pull the adjusting pushrods down and re-install them correctly. Did I purchase the adjustable pushrods before my ability to install and adjust them correctly existed? YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I learned a great deal about the evo in the process. I suffered some but comparatively speaking my knowledge came cheap when compared to the stealerships prices for repairs and upgrades. Please do not stop the collective assistance to people who want to learn. I appreciate all of the assistance and the mocking. from this forum. In three years I have acquired the ability to properly maintain and upgrade my Harley on a shoestring budget.

Yes, exactly, which is why I don't recommend people use them ESPECIALLY with new lifters, yet people still talk about them as if they are an essential upgrade.
On a forum like this, where we have no way of assessing the competence of the end user, we should really not be promoting their use as you have to have your **** together to fit them.
