Does that mean that the throttle is on the left and the clutch in the right?

Hi Spanners39 did a great job replacing my drive belt today on my 1998 95 anniversary wide glide.
Can't wait to see the tutorial.

I want to thank everyone for encouraging advises, I searched many other topics and with help of you all I solved my starters problem. Everything is simple - I just cleaned contacts inside of starter body (opened the back side starter cover and cleaned the copper plate and two contacts which looked like slighty fried) and it starts to work properly. By the way cleaned other clamps and main connections and have no more problems with it.
May be humid and cold climat is at fault and bike didnt accustom to it
