Default Is This A Good Deal On 98 Fatboy Wheels

I have been eying these used but look brand new chrome fatboy wheels at an independent shop for over three years. I guess most people don't like them or something because they have yet to sell.

The guy at the shop tells me for a thousand bucks he will swap out my old 98 fatboy wheels, all I have to do is bring my bike in and in a couple of days pick it up. He will have to send my rotors and pulley to the machine shop, install new bearings and spacers too, but everything is included in that price.

The guy at the shop tells me the genuine Harley Chrome wheels are better than the chrome plated exchange ones and with machine work, bearings, labor and everything this is one heck of a really good deal.

Is this a really good deal.

That is 1,600 dollars worth of wheels, which come with nothing on or in them, so you save $600, plus they supply new parts and labour to build and fit them. Sounds like a good deal to me! It will be interesting to hear what others think.
