I don't know about that A lifter and B lifter stuff but the Harley dealer will definitely not know what your talking about . Plus get your check book out for evo lifters from Harley there big bucks . I don't even think they make them anymore they will be a wearhouse item . I've used ultima lifters in a few builds and the ones that Johnson makes for them are good lifters .

 

Not sure what you are talking about. I bought a couple lifters last year for about $8 a piece. Harley B lifters that is. Granted I bought them from an indy in the area but I can't believe they will be much more expensive from the dealer.

I think 18538-99B: is the lifter part number and they generally go for 45 bucks or so, from a dealer.
