Cruises ... How Hot Is Too Hot.

Not knowing too much on the history of mine, I do know I do have an oil cooler on it. (OEM?? I doubt it, but not sure) No fan though so it only functions when moving. Maybe I should blow through it to see if maybe it's got some plugged fins. Sure would be nice to add a fan to it, going to google that. Looked at the Jagg site and the whole setup for the fan forced cooler is $550, $420-$450 without fan. Maybe I can get lucky and be able to just get the fan and control components for the difference?

The weak link in this debate about engine heat is the rider, not the engine or bike! Vehicle manufacturers test extensively to verify that their new vehicles can survive every extreme we are likely to throw at them, from Arctic to desert weather. Sitting in traffic on a hot day doesn't come close to taxing the darned things!

Thanks all for the input!

I know of two others in my area with the same paint combo with the batwing like yours. I run into them during Bikes on the Bricks held in Flint every year. You'd think the odds were slim to see this White and Champagne combo.
