Update: Changed out the cam sensor plate with a brand new one...problem still exists. Could it be the ICM? Not sure, but I believe the manual has a procedure to test it.
Oh well, at least the parts I've replaced so far were 17 years old and would of had to been changed anyways, so it's not like I've really spent any money unnecessarily. At least that's my rationale and I'm sticking with it.

Matter of fact it does. I mistakenly called it a fuel pump on one of my previous posts. I'll just be glad to know what is actually causing the problem. I will definitely post what the dealer finds out.

Hope the dealer gets you going asap.
Beats replacing parts and hoping, "been there, done that".
I just read this and was going to suggest the cheapest method of checking your ignition module: Removing the seat and placing a bag of ice cubes on top of the ignition module.
I had a bad ignition module on my '87FXSTC and it would do some strange things.
Back then, the module was mounted upside down on the bottom of the oil tank and it was real bear to change so most folks left the old module on the tank and pulled the harness to place the module under the seat, where it shhould have been placed in the first place.
