My suggestion is start at the basics that cost nothing.
Fire needs fuel/air/spark
You say you have fuel and supplied fuel via starting fluid. You say you checked spark and it's there. Now you need to be sure the cylinder is pulling in fuel/air. A compression check will tell you if there is a problem with vacuum...low compression you need to look further into rings/valves/valve train.
If compression is good next check timing.

yes i did bud, dont get all salty, i appreciate the help.brainless.
illegal regal, my spark is not consistent when i check the spark off the head. its a blue light wich is good, but its not a steady fire, with the new plug wires coil, and with the old plug wires and coil... what would this mean. checking the compression here soon, i need to grab the tester from my buddy. would my compression just slowly go out like that while riding tho...? donst seem like it would but, you guys know more than me.

if you developed and exhaust restriction yes it could happen somewhat slowly like you describe , from everything I have read here, you will have to do a compression test or at lest stick your finger over the spark plug hole and see if u have any.
Did the sound of the exhaust change as you lost power

We just had a similar post/problem. Don't know if any of it applies to your problem, but might be worth checking out. Good luck. Man, I hate chasing "demons" !
