Default carb/air cleaner changes

Have a new to me 94 ultra. I've decided toopen up the air flow a little. Bike already has kerker slip ons. I'm adding a ness big sucker and after reading all the different articles, posts, recommendations, I've decided to leave the stock slow and main jets(42 slow, 175 main if I've read my service manual correctly) and change out the needle to the sporty and spring to the cv-44.

I'd appreciate any comments by EVO gang since many of the articles I've read are more general in nature.

Thanks!
