Default Spacers on rear axle

so i cant get my belt to track straight on the rear pulley. Its rides over on the left(outside) and is starting to get ripped up. I got the bike about a month ago. Previous owner just had new rear tire installed. To the best of my knowledge and clymer manuel i have the rear axle straight. Someone said in another thread to check to make sure left and right spacers are in the correct spot. The spacers seem to be the same size on each side that fit into the wheel. Also have the 1 large spacer that goes outside the pulley to the swing arm. Its almost like i need to move the wheel over to the left just a little to get the belt off the side of the pulley. Am i missing a spacer? can i just use a washer or two to get it lined up?

Not sure about which spacer is correct, however if belt is tracking to outside of rear pulley now; when you put in additional spacer the belt will still track on rear pulley the same and move over the same amount on the trans sprocket flange. This can easily make the belt also out of alignment on the front trans sprocket pulley. Sounds like motor/trans needs to be aligned in frame and then align rear wheel. The rear pulley and belt will never align correctly if motor/trans is out of alignment with frame. Good Luck with it.
