well im pretty sure the wheel is straight. Measured from the back of the swingarm to the center of the axel. I adjusted so it is the same on both sides. It was a little off but not much. Belt is the same as before. So I guess i need a spacer to move the wheel over to the left. Or any suggestions? Thanks guys.

Back of the swing arm to center of the axle is not necessarily straight. Go through the alignment directions in the official HD Factory Shop Manual. It's a lot cheaper than a belt.

What Dr H says! The engine/trans/swingarm assembly are rubber mounted in the frame. That needs to be correctly aligned, before you can check wheel alignment. They are different things. If you are in any doubts about how to do it, find a local dealer or indy to check and correct it for you.

so i pulled the wheel off and the spacers on each side are the same size. I though they are supposed to be different?
