Default Heat Shields for Summer Riding?

Do you have them on your bike? My friend who has a twinkie says the passenger will really appreciate them.

What do you all say?

These definitely work. I have them on my Road King and it greatly reduced the heat I felt on my inner thighs when stopped at lights or in traffic. It's a high quality piece of leather with a nice soft backing, is very easy to install and is a cheaper alternative to most other similar products.

Twinkees run lean with a air to fuel ratio of 14.6-1 or hotter for emission reasons and can cook eggs on them, tune your bike properly with a 13.8-1 to 14.0 idle and cruise area and you will have a happy engine and passenger with no deflectors needed.
