I put the 21 on the front and 16 on the rear this winter. Out of the box, mine were dead straight. Didn't even put a weight on them. 800 miles and they are running great for me, I hope everything works out for you.

It's been my luck lately ,I got some bad info that a roadking front end would work on my softail so I picked up everything from ft end to fender brakes ,nacelle, driving lights, wheel tire only to find out after I took my bike apart that nothing fits so determined to get the wide ft end look I was after I picked up some fatboy trees and tins that's why I ended up buying this wheel and I gotta say it looks bad *** everybody at work loved it even the kid I sold my original wheel too so I could by this one had a sad look in his eye lol ,
I'm confident they'll make it right for me ,I'm assuming it is only a spoke adjustment ,I'd do it myself I'm just worried about messing up the sealing strip inside and having it leak
So I'll wait to see what they say Monday

As of right now I'm getting the run around
I got this on eBay so hopefully they will help
I sent 5 videos to this seller and they will
Not refund my cash unless I send the wheel
To the manufacturer and wait for the manufacturer
To pay them before they pay me !
I will post there name if I don't get satisfaction
And if they do give me my cash ill post for sure as it shows
They stand behind what they sell
Ill post some of the videos so you can see how bad it is
I asked for a extange but they say they have
No more so now my bike is down with no wheel
And I'm out 400 bucks so beware of buying
Online if the wheel had no issues if be happy
As hell but now that it has a issue out of the box
I'm basically at their mercy
Hopefully PayPal or eBay can fix this

If you paid with pay pal then you file a claim with pay pal stating you did not get what you paid for. Pay Pal will contact the seller and if they don't resolve or even answer after I think it's 10 days then Pay Pal will get your money back.

Ya I used Paypal, and eBay
I tryed to work with the seller for a wk but they would not budge on me shipping it to the wheel
Manufacturer and wait to get a refund
I just feel if you sell it your responsible to take care of issues ,I sent them 5 videos to. Show them how bad it was
Anyways fast forward to this week I finally had to get eBay involved ,the seller told eBay there was nothing wrong with the wheel and I just didn't like it WTF
So they agreed to give. A refund if I ship it back at my cost 35 .00 bucks after insurance
But after contacting eBay by phone and explaining the situation they sided with me and send me a pre paid label
I know it wasn't the sellers fault the wheel wasn't true but the right thing to do would have been to. Stand by the product they sell ,I loved the wheel and if it was only a little wobble
I'd kept it ,I would have gladly waited to extange it but they just refused to work with me
At least ebay solved it for me ,
I'm not sure if its allowed to post the sellers name here and I don't want to **** the mods
Off I will say its not jireh cycles that I delt with if your gonna buy one from eBay pm me and I'll let you know the seller I delt with . Thing that sucks is I sold my wheel to pay for this one now I'm wheel less thats why I was so eager to solve this issue with the seller

Just saying...you can't get any cheaper than jireh so why buy elsewhere?

I know this thread hasn't been touched in a few months but HOLY **** these wheels look awesome for the price. This thread definitely made my mind up after I found a rust hole in my stock wheel yesterday when mounting a new tire on it. I'm in need of a good front wheel for cheap and from what it sounds, these can't be beat.
