Default want your opinions (swingarm upgrade)

Ok, so my flht moves around quite a bit in the corners, and of course I'm on a budget, so with that said, I'm either going replace the swing arm isolators and use a progressive arm or I'm going to buy cce spherical conversion kit, what would you guys do ? And how much work is that spherical kit ? Thanks

If on a budget.....

I would recommend taking your time and locating all the parts from the 2000-2007 models. It took me about a year to locate all the parts I needed for the conversion with the prices I was willing to pay. Glad I upgraded......

In the meantime, buy the OEM bushings.

Save up for a Trackula kit! It will do all the things you list in a one stop shop!

Does the "trackula" have all the parts to retro-fit the later swingarm?

Contact them direct, I'm fairly certain they do. I bought a Trackula kit before I installed my later swingarm and modified the bushes to fit. What you need are later bushings to fit the newer swingarm with smaller ID bore, to take an early axle.

I've just decoded that! Master Cylinder.

Yes, you'll be fine. I bought a new braided hose and ran it straight to the 'new' caliper from the MC (). Having connected it and topped up the fluid I pumped the pedal a few times with the bleed nipple open and fluid came straight out. That was a surprise, so I closed it, pressed the pedal and it was as firm as a rock. Never bled a brake so quickly and easily in my life! Hope yours does the same.
