eliminating the air ride in the front forks

Easiest thing to do is just take all the "air ride" stuff off. I Have a 91 FLHS, I bought a complete set of fork tubes, assembled. They came with new seals and all, just reused my lowers. I spent less than $130.00 total including fork oil. Love the way the front end feels now. crisp, and firm!

I did my forks on my 1994 FLHTCU 2 months ago. Here is the link on how to do it CORRECTLY! Progressive springs are supposed to be a "one size fits all" deal. There is no such thing! Call Race Tech suspension and they will give you the CORRECT spring rate for the type of riding you do and the weight of the bike.
My bike rides so much different that its like being on a different bike!
