You have several seals in and around the nose cone and the lifter blocks. O rings on the push rod tubes. I'm not sure but I think that is it. The best thing to do is go to the dealer and look at an exploded view. That way you can get exactly what you need.

That is the bearing you want.

Oh and of you aren't going to take out the top end at the same time you will need a small pair of bolt cutters to cut out the stock push rods.

I want to inspect the rockers, bushings and shafts so I will be going in through the top to do the push rods. I already have the rocker-box gasket kit as well.

what are the chances that after 42k ill need to replace valve springs and seats

Use your old cam and a dead blow hammer to install the new bearing. We did it that way in the old days until we could afford the proper tool. Make sure you have it aligned before you start smacking it. Some of the better auto part stores rent valve spring compressors. Hope this helps.

Make sure when you install the new Torrington brg., that you install it with the lettering side out, as that is the thicker stronger side to press on. I used the Jims Tools puller and installer on mine, and it worked like a charm. The outer has a bushing, and they rarely need replaced. Hopefully you will be able to adjust out the noise in your front exhaust valve by adjusting the front pushrod a little tighter. I still have the stock cam in my 99, and my valve train is pretty quiet at 32,000 miles. No tick at all with Castrol GTX 20-50 dino oil.
