Default Arlen Ness Big Sucker: Chrome or Plain?

Ordering my Big Sucker today and wondering if I should order the chrome or plain back plate version? I'm using the stock 8" cover, so I'm wondering if I'll even be able to see the back plate or not. Any advice? Thanks

With a 8" cover you will still be able to see the mounting brackets on the backing plate.

It's not the backing plate that matters but the part of the backing plate were they mount to the head breathers is what you will see. Rocker boxes are chrome and air cleaner cover so it will not look right if the head breather connection to the backer plate is not chromed don't you think.
