i just got around to changing my fork tubes on my 1984 flhtc.... Now the new one i got from DBI and well, the tube it selph it short by 3/4 of a inch.... but if i check from the bottom of the damper it is longer...Hmmm what should the lenght be for the fork tube and the dampern sticking out...the new one is at the top...

 

and has anyone user the fork tubes from DBI? any good...
