They are short stepped pipes. a little on the loud side. I've seen some posts about American classic on here, can't remember if it was good or bad. You might want to do a search here first. Hope this helps.

bassini been around for a while ,knew one guy that ran them , he liked them and they sound good. as for chrome no idea at all .

I have bought stuff from american classic on e-bay before. Never had a problem. I don't know anyone with Bassani exhaust though.

yeah i like the pipes in the black as shown in the pic. they look good. my pipes are extremly loud rite now so im sure it wont beast those. i do like the stepped look though. thinking about getting them

Used to have bassani pro streets on a 1200c sporty. Very aggressive sound and looks. Well built, quality, and loud pipes. Never seen them on a big twin though.

have them on a '97 s/tail std. changed the baffles to 1-3/4" and wrapped them with
used muffler packing. lot less compare to original baffles. no more ripping sound. tried torque cones with regular baffles, little better, but 1-3/4 " set up worked better for me.
