Alot of people think that the ability of running a buffer is bottom of the food chain but it is craftsmanship and man does that buffing dust go good with beer.

Funny you brought that up 1997bagger. The guy who buffed my bike said almost the same thing. He opened one beer while doing it. Asked me "ever see a mess up black car or truck with buffer swirls down the side"? I said yeah. He told me thats why I will only sip on this beer untill I am done. Then we drank . I have seen some messed up paint jobs from people who didn't know how to use a buffer. Thats why I don't attempt it myself. I was at red light and a newwer black Cadilac Escalade was in front of me. The whole tailgate was total swirls. My bike is Dark candy plum. Which is a dark purple. I'll do it by hand with the 3M. Where do you guys buy the 3M Imperial hand glaze ? Thanks.

If your trying a new product or theory & your nervous, Try it on your lawn mower first! If you trash the paint on that, it's still a lawnmower.
harley uses a good quality clear coat. You can bring it down with water paper & polish it back to brand new because it's good quality but you must have a bit of experience.
i have tested products on my washer, dryer, fridge, the mother in laws car, why not, she's a crusty ol' fart anyways!
