Jets??
I have a '94 Heritage I just picked up in the last few weeks. Appears to be all stock except for a Screaming Eagle Air filter set up. Stock CV carb.
I am putting on a set of Screaming Eagle turn out slip on mufflers. Plan to keep the stock exhaust pipes with the crossover. At least for now. I am in So. New England so altitude not an issue.
What do you all suggest for jets with this mostly stock set up? Needle jet from the '88 Sporty?
Thanks,
John F.

The sporty needle will work well but it will kill the MPG. The sporties of that era didn't have an accelerator pump so the taper is a bit rich for your CV carb on that bike .What you need is a 45/46 on the low jet and about a 185 on the high jet. If you raise the stock needle with 2-#4 washers it will wake things up.
Don' forget to adjust the idle mixture after your are done and totally warmed up to the highest and steadiest setting, it works in conjunction with the low jet with fuel delivery in the lower RPM's.
