I went to it because the second remanufactured engine was MUCH more poorly balanced than the original engine. The Balance Masters balancer fixed that.
The crank balanced, is that the one that mount over the drive gear inside the primary case?

It mounts on the sprocket shaft, over the spring pack on the compensator.

No disrespect but why would anyone want to lesson the vibrations on an EVO?I mean it is a Harley.

For those that truly enjoy numbing your hands and fingers on long trips then that's their choice, also no disrespect. If it wasn't an issue, they would have never came out with the twin, just my opinion. I really enjoy the bike now even more because the bike has 50% less vibes in the handle bars.

As I understand it,the Twinkie was a result of EPA demands. I have ridden a few evo softails, and I have owned an Ironhead sporty. Evo softail is smooth like butter in comparison.
I guess each bike needs to fit the riders needs. If this product works-why not?

Yeah, only cheese burgers, steak, and Evos here; no twinkies allowed.

no..........
Rubber mount EVOs reduce the vibration moving through the frame. The FXST is supposed to be reminiscent of the older hardtail frame HDs, vibrating and riding like crap.

Just ordered my sprocket Balance Master on Ebay for $60 shipped, that's a deal. I'll get it tomorrow. Hoping to get another 20% reduction.
