Thanks guys for checking in on the roll call. I’m glad to find some Tour Glide owners on the forum. This is my first TG. I started riding HD’s at age 15. The first was a Harley Hummer, after that I got a 45ci Flathead, and next was 1957 Duo Glide. Then I got a wife and two kids and the bike riding STOPED. About 2 years ago I got back on the bikes again and loving every minute. My wife said I have too many, but I like having at least 2 so if I have one apart for repairs I can ride the other.

I don't have a TG but, like you, I stopped riding when I got married and sold my 57 panhead. Then, 30 years later, I found another 57 and got back on two wheels. I've since sold the 57 and opted for reliability over nostalgia. One very minor point of clarification though, the 57 was a Hydra Glide. The Duo Glide was 58 when they introduced the swing arm rear suspension.

You are correct. I guess my memory is worse than I thought. I wonder what will be the next thing to stop working?
