I don't believe my anti-dive system has worked since 1994 (I'm the original owner of my 93 FLHS).
So why do you want to eliminate it? There really aren't a lot of parts. The air is stored in the handlebars, there is a solenoid inside the instrument cluster, and a bit of tubing/piping. Everything is inside the instrument cluster.

I believe I have '0' pressure in my anti-dive right now. Probably has been that way for the last 10 or so years. I stopped adjusting the air pressure in it long ago. Bike rides fine like it is. If you look at the anti-dive system, it only functions when you activate the brakes. Which activates the solenoid to put whatever air pressure is stored in the handlebars into the forks.
If you need to remove the solenoid, IIRC, you've got a couple fittings that go to the top of the forks. I would probably cap them, as there might be a possibilty of fork oil coming out. But I'm not certain, as it's been a looooooong time (2005) since I looked into the instrument cluster.
The definitive 'fix' would be to disassemble the forks and install the Progressive springs. If I ever get motivated, I'll do that and have the lowers chromed.
