Take a close look at the rims. The size will be stamped on them ..... somewhere.

If you are looking to purchase rims for the tires, then you ar going to need a 19" and a 16" Typically, for a 100 width tire, 2 -2 1/2 inches and for a 130 tire, a 3 inch rim.
I would check with the tire manufacturer to see what their recommended wheel sizes are for the tires first.

I saw so many nice wheels on ebay at affordable prices. The problem now is to find a rear wheel 16x3 as the front 19x2,5 is pretty common. I decided to purchase wheels 80 spoke but ain't found the rear wheel with the same size as mine (OEM). My bike probably is too old and the factories only make 16x3,5 Any advices ?

I don't think you will have any problems with a 3.5" rim. It will still take a 130 tyre safely. You can probably get a 140 tyre in without problems. The fitted width of your tyre may be very slightly wider, but only by a couple of millimetres at most.

Harley started fitting 3.5" rims to some models around the time your bike was built. You could ask the ebay seller if they recommend their wheel for your model of bike.

The crappy italian national law doesen't allow me to modify the OEM size of the wheels. Basically if i get caught by the Police riding my bike on a 140 tire, instead of the 130, they fine me a ticket of €390. They will keep my plating certificate too till i prove my bike got his oem size tires back
Thank you for the advice about the 3,5" rim I have appreciated it.

Ouch! That seems way over the top. Best of luck sorting your wheels. Post pics when you can!
