I agree with replacing the cover rather than find someone to replace and ream the bushing, when I asked the service guy at the dealer about it he looked at me like I had two heads, then told me it would take 2 weeks. So Instead of messing around and waiting, I bought an S&S cover, they come with the bushing already reamed.

Do you know a part number for that cover? or where I can find it. Having a little trouble search for it today.

Serious, if you have much or any mechanical ability, the cam seal is a real easy R&R and worth a try. I'm not gonna say there is NO problem with the bushing(s) and there is a 50/50 chance the end of the cam would need to be polished with medium-fine sandpaper to allow the seal to work, but I will say those bushings "normally" don't wear beyond limits, especially on a near stock engine with near to stock valve springs, so I still think trying a seal before dropping bucks on a cover would be worth the few dollars in gaskets and few minutes of time.

But there are at least 4 different part numbers, depending on whether it's an 84-92 or a late 92-99 and different numbers for polished, chrome, and black. I don't have a book for later models but we would need to know the year and what "finish" to help you out with a part number.
