Anyone know what the compression was on a stock 80 inch evo when it was new? I bought my 95 Ultra last year and have done a couple of compression checks, it's showing 150 psi on both cylinders. It's no big deal, the bike runs fine. Just wondering if the previous owner did anything to the engine. It was showing 16,000 on the odometer when I bought it, so maybe 150 psi is normal for low miles? Just curious.

 

I`ve checked compression in my 98 FXD 45.000 miles and the front cylinder reads 150PSI.
Sadly, the rear one reads 30.

Dont know original #'s. My 95 at 63k is at 125lbs.

 

with your mileage 150 is about right for stock heads, pistons, and stock/nearly stock cams.
