Default Softail Rear fender question

Im rebuilding my Ridged into a Softail. I have a new Mid USA Softail frame for my 97 EVO. Can I make a 2005 to 2010 Heratage style fender work, I like the fender design better then on the fits up to a 99.
Thanks Sibs

If the struts are the same, maybe no issues, but anything can be made to work. Good luck. My Brother will be doing the same thing (hardtail to softail) this year. Are you over 60 too?

Nope not near 60 lolol Got taken out by a transport 6 years ago and not that Im once again able to ride i stripped my Hardtail down and am building the Softail. My entire right side got F%$5ed up so I cant kick it over no more and the rigid will kill me now.

Ride on. Good luck with your project. IMO, spend the money for excellent shocks and don't lower them. Softails can be rough too.
