I finished chemo and radiation treatments 4 weeks ago tomorrow, and my throat is finally healing up from the radiation burns.
So I can start eating something besides pudding, yogurt, and protein shakes.
I'm down more than 40 pounds since Oct. 23rd, none of my clothes fit anymore.

After years of resisting, I finally broke down today and got a snow thrower.
With this blizzard we had, I had a lot of digging out to do. This bad boy made quick work of it. Lots of power. With a little help from the wind, I was hitting my neighbor's house across the street.
It's a shame taking up garage space that could otherwise hold another bike, but alas.

Yeh.. It's easier.. I hear there is a big storm brewing heading east.. My son's got to go to Buffalo tomorrow morning because they're supposed to get 4+ feet.. looks like all lake effect snow..

You're so right, I even had to look on the map to see where Missouri was.. Lol.. I know it was Midwest or South Midwest but I didn't think it was that far up..

I am starting the year right and I am really hoping that this is my year. I went to the doctor Wednesday and she was jumping for joy when t]she got the results of my A1C dropping a lot. It is now 6.0. She lowered the dosage on one of my medicines and upped the dosage on a different one. Since the change, I feel a lot better.
I had some bad **** recently where one of my medications was on back order from the manufacturer and I went without it for almost two weeks. Each day I felt worse than the previous and I was struggling just to go to work and while I was at work, was struggling to make it through my shift. Once I got the medicine I started feeling better right away Thank God.
A few days ago I got to thinking about how much extra I have been working in the last few months. Some people suggested I do something fun or good or buy myself something for my birthday. Instead of buying some trinket, I went to the mortgage company with an envelope full of hundred dollar bills and paid my house off.
So in summary I am starting the year off with good A1C, an adjustment to my medicine that has me feeling better, and I paid my house off after twelve or thirteen years.
If I can continue on this path to improvement, maybe the dream of dusting off the old Evo can come to fruition.
@Muskrat21 Your bike looks great. What handlebars are those?
