Peace and Quiet with an Evo!

It's great when such a mess suddenly looks respectable and organised. We had an old asbestos garden shed until last year. It was an eyesore, but also a health hazard and cost serious money to have dismantled and removed. Even the new foundations for the replacement looked almost too good to be true and the new 'shed' is a joy to behold. As indeed is your new 'yard'.

The tiny people are cute... between diapers anyway. I get a 1 3/4 year old granddaughter at least once a week, always feels good to open the door and there she is. She's much better behaved than her brother was at that age, hope that continues. Did for her Mom, she never was a problem, happiest kid I'd ever been around.

The concrete was poured in the morning on April 24. The guy said I can park on it on Saturday, April 28. That seems kind of soon to me. Temperatures have been in the mid 80’s, with some mornings in the lower 60’s. So, according to him, today should be parking day.
I just can’t bring myself to do it. Granted, we are not talking about parking a dump truck on it. It is just my 2014 four door Jeep Wrangler. Stock, it weighs 4,277 pounds. It has steel heavy duty bumpers, a 9,500 pound winch, big tires, etc. so it is probably between 4,500 and 5,000 pounds.
I am thinking that parking would be ok when I get off work Tuesday morning. It is just a couple of extra days of walking to where I have been parking, which is at the subdivision swimming pool one third of a mile away.

No wife, kids, girlfriend, or anything like that at all for me. I don't even have a dog or any pets.
Every once in a while my sister or niece sends me a picture or video. I then put the video on you tube.
I was there when he was born. The only other time I have seen him in person was for Easter.
I take what I can get.
