Before they pumped iodine into my arm, even though I had already drank crystal lite fruit punch with iodine added, they asked if I was allergic to anything.

I almost told them kryptonite.

The tech nervously asked what happened to my abdomen.

She was trying to hide she wasn't freaked out by the huge deep scars. As bad as the visible scars are, the doctor is concerned that the internal scars might be starting to constrict my intestines. That's what the premise of this is test is. The stuff you can't see is worse than the stuff you can because it affects functionality.

It's unbelievable how many long legged beautiful women are hanging out outside the Cajun Dome waiting to get in.

That sounds like good news, right there.

But I'm still going to need that wrench.

Oh and the concert was pretty damn good last night.

Don Felder played most of the more rock Eagles hits. The backing band he assembled was pretty solid.

REO Speedwagon was ok. Musically, they sounded great, but their stage presence made it obvious why they are an opening act and not a headliner.

Styx was phenomenal. They played like they were in their prime. Lots of energy and huge stage presence. They sounded better than they do on their albums.

Whatever you think of their albums, go see Styx regardless. It is a lot more rock and roll guitar and showmanship than what would be expected. I think even people that are not fans would enjoy it.

Oh, and Tommy Shaw remembered me and pointed me out.

They have a new album out. I don't care for most of it, but a song on it called Radio Silence sounds like it could have been in their Grand Illusion album long ago, and that's a good thing.

Damn, Nicest day of the year... 70* and sunny with very little wind and I'm stuck home with a concussion.... Sure does look good out there from what I can see out the window.
