We don't have any of those and of the great nephews and nieces we have they are nearly all girlies. Not much hope of help with tyre changing from them I suspect!
Looks like you're a victim of the great Photobucket debacle, with your photo posts.

Have a few hundred pics there, mostly resized smaller for forum linking. I plan to move those somewhere else, but I'm not going to try replacing all the links I have on this forum. Meanwhile, I'll just embed the pics using that mountain and moon icon, and probably not post as many photos. For a while at least, I expect HDForums is going to get a lot more of their storage space used up by embedded photos until guys find another linking photo site.

I haven't ridden in a long time due to feeling lousy due to the usual things. I also lost a lot of my strength etc.
I finally started feeling a little better after hacking up a bowl full of thick mucus out of my lungs while I was in the shower last week. It felt like I was drowning. Afterwards I felt better and realized how bad I had gotten.
I decided to take advantage of feeling better and try to improve some more. Yesterday and today I went to the gym. I worked on cardio vascular stuff as well as some mild strength training. The first day I was coughing a lot and hacked up more crap out of my lungs but felt better. Today I didn't cough much and got more intense.
My hope is to feel better and get enough strength back to start riding again.
I got a membership to Planet Fitness. At only ten bucks per month, it is kind of hard to beat.
I go there when I get off work in the morning then afterwards go home to sleep. I work from seven at night until seven in the morning, so when I get off and there, there isn't very many people.
I like it and t is also helping me with a lot of the anger and frustration with things I have been dealing with lately.
