Not a chance in hell... ever. Their big inch evo's are putting out the HP of a stock 600CC inline 4 and they still weigh at least 700lbs. Those bikes are well over the 100hp mark and just a hair over 390lbs. They're probably doing about 170mph there.

I can't even imagine what it must be like to ride a 250hp bike that is under 500lbs.

I am a HUGE fan of the Isle of Man. It reminds me of my favorite sport of Motocross. It takes massive amounts of skill, lots of physical strength, and a huge set of nuts.

A 124" motor puts out more than 100hp.
You can jump a stock Harley on a country road by accident if you find the right spot and hit it fast enough.
It may take a while to get your butt to let go of the seat afterwards but you can do it.

I could jump a vespa... doesn't make it fast.

Point is, a fast Harley is still a slow, poor handling motorcycle. It's not even worth the time to compare 100 year old technology, to an aluminum framed, 4 cylinder racebike that is the pinnacle of technology. Those 124" evo's don't put out 170-300hp and run over 200mph and allow you to drag knee and elbow in a corner.

Doesn't matter on the street anyways... a stock Kawasaki ZX-6 is still too fast to have fun on the street riding at legal speeds.

I never said they did.
All I saw from your videos was bikes going fast down a 2 lane road and getting a little air. That is what I was referring to.

Are those bikes a lot better for that than a Harley?
HELL YES!!!!!!!

I like to ride fast on the 2 lane twisties and I wouldn't do what they are doing for any amount of money!!!!!
Even if I had a bike that could do it!!!!

They are from Northern Ireland, although the roads are similar to parts of the Isle of Man. There is a major race meeting there just before the TT Races, used as a training and testing ground prior to the TT.

If you've never sat on the roadside at one of those meetings, NOTHING will prepare you for the first bikes that go by at racing speed! A new lap record was set this year at the TT, of 131mph - that's a single lap of 37 miles, in just over 17 minutes.......

Ya, I watched it this year. I get what your talking about being there is different. The cars come by at nearly 200mph at Talladega.
