Well I hope the weather warms up soon Eve, to give us all a boost!
Here in the UK we are actually further North than the Great Lakes, so now we have passed the March equinox our days are getting longer and a bit warmer, but we are still getting overnight frosts. Brrrrrr!
Removed and refitted my Glide's fork legs yesterday, as part of my winter rebuild, installing my newly painted fork shrouds/covers. They are SO cold I had to come in and get a hot coffee between legs! So even when the weather at last makes working out there feasible, in short bursts, all the metalwork is unbearably cold to the touch.
I also stripped and cleaned my front wheel, but brought in over night to warm up, so I could work on it, take it outside to clean, then bring it back inside to rebuild!
Spring has to be around somewhere.....

Ok, then I will ask some questions-
Better to run your Evo at lower RPMs or run her hard?
What RPM to shift up/down?
Single fire or dual?
Idle to warm her or ride away easy for a few miles?
Anyone? Add more if you want.
