Nice garden. Does Florida come with that beautiful soil or do you have to provide it. My SW Missouri soil is full of rocks and clay, but grows produce quite nicely. Not quite as good as my old Iowa dirt, but it's all I got.
Not all of Florida's dirt is like this. I am on the southwest shore of Lake Okeechobee which is the northern everglades. Where I live use to be lake bottom. If you go about 5 miles west, it is sand. The bottom of the Lake is even more humus than where I am.
Great garden, Mike. Can't believe how fast it has grown. Can't believe how fast Austin has grown!
Makes me hungry for fresh veggies. Maybe an nice carrot cake...?
or fried green tomatoes?
I do want to thank you for setting the standard in tractor riding wear.
I thought shorts with gumboots was a fashion faux pas, but you pull it off nicely!
Could even wear that to the tack & feed and no one would bat an eye.
