Spent the week in Sorrento Italy and moved onto Florence , 44 celcius today. Unbelievable how many scooters in sorrento and talk about crazy maneuvering around cars.I'll get home this weekend to freshly painted Parts.

 

Would love to to Europe one day, but this ole country boy hasn't seen alot in the USA.

I have been wondering what happened to this thread. I have been watching out for Hurricane Irene, but it is looking like it will miss me. Thank God!

Now where is the cake? I haven't had any in a while. Have been eating a few rock lobsters though. Still have a few in the freezer.

I found a place about 40 miles from the house that has the best fried cinnamon rolls. As an extra bonus the roads to there are all narrow and twisty.

Do cinnamon rolls count as cake?

 

Cinnamon rolls? Sounds like cake to me! I'm not sure about frying them, but hey, doughnuts are fried, so that must be OK!

Throwing it down with rain here at present, so no play for now (I have to turn things outside to make room to work in the garage). Have you chaps had any summer worthy of the name? Still seem to be waiting for ours! Hot cinnamon rolls seem even better now I think of it....
