just back from the family holiday in the Cariboo, BC.
Golfing, horses, water sports (skied again 1st time in 10+ years )
Sad part was we had to take the Jeep I know
Tons of bikes on the back roads, and WE are going back on the bike this summer if time permits. Worth exploring.
Of course there was last night, after the rain storm. Must have triggered a huge hatch for the bug kingdom. Coming back from the lake we could barely see through the windshield for the bug splat. Can't even guess how bad it was for the riders we were passing. Unbelievable.

Wonder if I could outrun the bugs with a 120" ......

Sounds like you had a good holiday Dale. Skiing???? I got to hand it to you. About 10 years ago I got on a pair of water skis for the first time in a loooooong time and swore I would never do it again. I could not walk for a week.

I've been bragging to the brother-in-law with the new Tige boat, about how I could pop up on one ski everytime, and off the shore too (About 10 years and 50 lbs ago). Failed the past 2 years, but made it this year! Made about 20 good turns, and that was it.
Having a hard time dressing myself tonight. something kinda 'stretched' in the shoulder/chest/bicep/back area. OUCH.
Sat on Carlotta as soon as we got home, but those apes sure seem to be a long reach now.

Just got home from mom's house. With pop gone, me and the wife go down regular like and take care of the stuff at the house and make sure that everythings ok. Still savin pennies for a new stator/regulator, might be able to get it this week.

Sounds like your priorities are in order!
I'll see if Ali will bake a special cake tomorrow, for you and Mom.
