It has been so quiet in here the last couple of days, i was wondering if all you guys fell asleep. Come now! We got a stir every now and then.

Well the weather is great in South Florida. Been lows in the mid to upper 60s and highs below 90. Been great riding weather and got a few miles in yesterday on the ole evo. So looking forward to November for our annual Fl. Crew rally in Ocala.

Things are great here, it's supposed to be a great riding day tomorrow so will go out and burn some more rubber off the tire.

 

I'm coming around to that way of thinking! Living in the UK makes life a little difficult and I'm not keen on some brands of the cheaper engines, simply because the Atlantic comes between us. Research is continuing!

Oh the pressure! Been away for a few days, but back in the saddle once more. We have had some beautiful weather recently, but I have two sets of tyres waiting for me, so must get wheels out and down to my local friendly Yamaha dealer, for fitting to Dyna and Firebolt!

 

Yep, I love spanking some guy with his new SE 110!! One guy blew a head gasket after his third try, after each try he went back to the dealer to get more work done, ha ha ha he still can't beat me. So the last time he asked if I could make his bike better, we made an apointment for this winter. More to follow.

 

We went riding with a friend and his girl in July, 1st time. He was on his 07 RG, beautiful bike, lots of performance work. 5 kms in to the trip, not even out of town, and there is a sound that we thought was the primary chain loose.
Another 2 kms and he pulled over again, turned around to head back, and had shutdown. Turns out he lost his cam tensioners.
Felt bad because he is a great guy and it was a beautiful day.
But he is thinking of a big Ultima EVO now.


Weatherman was very wrong here this weekend. Got a ride in yesterday and looking good today. Ride safe everyone.
