Funney you mention the wine, I even got a pic of my wife in the grocery store picking out an expensive bottle of wine, $5.

LOL From what I remember 5 dollars is kind of pricey for Boones Farm Strawberry Hill or Mogan David 20/20.

Always wanted to see the Roman Coliseum. I am amazed at the history of that place.

Beautiful pictures, thanks for sharing! Italy is one of the locations on my "bucket list" trip destinations! Did you ride while you were there? If you did, what was the best day trip?

Didn't get to ride while I was there, probably the best day trip was to rome, my wifes cousin gave us the tour, he grew up there so knew his way around pretty darn good.

Awesome pics, Lynn! I am so jealous. I've always wanted to visit Italy. I'd rent one of those scooters and ride all over the place! We did that in Greece in 2005 - we were on a boat trip around the Dodecanese Islands in the Aegean, and several of the islands were big enough to have a scooter rental place. We rented a crappy little scooter on Patmos and rode all the way around the island, and up to an old castle on a mountain. That little scooter was belching smoke the whole way, but we had a blast!

Dale - make like Graham, and ride to GA to visit me, then to FL to visit Mike, then put your bike on a boat to England and cruise over to visit Graham, then ride across Europe to Italy and ride around there, then ride to Greece and ride around there, then finally put your bike on another boat, and cruise home. Should only take about three months!
