looks like they don't actually offer one for baggers....
got mine direct from the factory.

Kinda eyeing up some of their bars too, Evil Apes...
OR those Freeway Bars! Lotta $$$, but the pics on a RK sure look great.

I'm like you, Ken. Run out of things to change or buy (my wife is happy!)
so just riding and enjoying.
The verdict is still out on my 16" apes. Trying different angles, as my hands sometimes fall asleep. Was the same with the 12" apes though, so I think it is more a result of abuse of my shoulders, back and arms from 30 years of working.
If I had know what WORK was gonna do to my body, I would have .....
nevermind.

You Evo people seem to be nice and laid back. I like that. I picked up an FXRP basket case, the year is 1992. I have been in the process of gathering parts for it. I needed a CV carb, a transmission gear set and some other parts. I haven't started building it yet because I'm not sure of the route to take. The bike is pretty ratty, so I was just thinking about building a rat bike. I will post some pictures of it when I get to it. It is buried in the garage right now. Ride safe all. TJ

I'm lucky. I don't have those physical issues, because I've worked in IT all my life - in air-conditioned offices sitting in ergonomic chairs, and in airliner seats more than I'd like. I'm very spoiled...

I just don't like the look of apes on baggers. They might be right for some - but not for me... I just don't think they look right on baggers, unless the bagger is very highly customized. I rode a friend's bike with apes once, but I really didn't like my hands being up that high at all... I like them down low where I can control the bike. I don't even like the feel of the mini-apes that come on Softails... the hand position just isn't comfortable for me. I'm too traditionalist for apes, I suppose...

But that's what's nice about Harleys... there's something out there for everybody! Just RIDE and ENJOY!

Well... I had a wonderful Tiramisu (personal fave) and espresso this very evening at Buca di Beppos with my wife and daughter (the one who wants a Sportster in two years, when she turns 18). And, Sir Graham makes sure the coffee is ALWAYS fresh... except when he's in the mood for a nice Earl Grey... then it's someone's else's turn at putting on the coffee pot.

No worries though... I just put one on! Drink up, me Hardies, Yo HO!

Smells GREAT, Dale!

I am enjoying a fresh pot myself this fine morning in North Georgia! The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and I'm going RIDING today - provided I can talk the Butterfly into it. That might be a challenge tho... right now she's lying on the sofa with her laptop, "researching" what car she will want when she retires. I might not be able to get her to even move off of it today, after all the gardening we did yesterday. It's a back thing... I might have to ride solo today.

Pancakes are cooking here, although it is more of a soup day.
Coffee is just about gone ; we'll put some fresh on just for you.
