Front end wobble

Front end wobble
Not for sure if my title is correct it's not really a wobble but I have noticed when taking off my front end feels like the tire is out of round, It feels as if the front end moves up and down, it's very slight but noticeable. It only happens when pulling away from a stop but quits at about 10 MPH and remains smooth as silk from then on. I do not notice it if I pull away hard just when slow. I have pulled the front wheel and put it on a jig and check the lateral and radial runout and all is well within tolerance. Checked motor alignment drained and refilled shock fluid with no luck. Anybody ever have this problem or have any suggestions.
Thanks In advance

Sorry I guess it would help to no what we are working on here would'nt it.
1994 FLHTC 16" Cast wheel 300 miles on dunlop tire.
I have also replaced the wheel bearings ,races and seals and have adjusted the fall away and adjusted the fall away a little tighter then spec to clear up a clunking noise in the front end when hitting bumps this fixed the clunk but not the up and down action. As for mjunk1 post this is what I have been doing but when the wife is on the back she does not care for it and I do not want to prevent her from riding with me.
Thanks Todd

When my stock clutch lost a few rivets in it's "unnecessary" drive plate my bike acted similar to that.It was subtle but felt strange at slow "launches". It also resulted in a clutch that sometimes would work right and sometimes would want to keep pulling me forward when I was stopped in first gear.
It might not be the problem but it wouldn't hurt to pull your clutch inspection cover to see if there are any little rivets hanging out in your primary if you've experienced any other clutch issues.

In reference to the fork oil On several fork oil changes on this era bagger I've noticed (when draining ) more fluid in one fork vs the other Like 4 oz in the left and 12 oz in the right With that anti dive fork system oil can and does migrate from on fork to the other (through the cross over hose ) To change the fork oil I pull a syphon at the air valve on the left hand grip and suck the proper amount up each slider then brake vacuum re install the drain screw
