Hi Tin,

I have the same situation, riding a 05 fatty and looking for an EVO.
Bad Boy or Softail Springer would be nice for me.

You're getting awful close to home, here. I'm getting an 09 RK, but I don't think I will be able to get rid of the Evo Softail. Buddy of mine already wants to buy it just for the above reasons. This is going to be a tough one.

'99 Silver Edition Fat Boy here... Love it, last one of the shakers... I thought of sellin' it... no way... I'll wait until I save enough for a newer bike, this is a keeper.

I love my '94 Dyna Convertible. Runs great, sounds like a Harley, 65+MPG, no EFI etc. I was gonna get an '08 or '09, but after reading about all the problems and defects with the new bikes on this and all the other forums, I decided to get something that just runs right and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I've NEVER regretted it!

Good luck and ride safe,

John

Reading this thread makes me more confident in the bike I am buying and still working out the details with the seller. It's a 95 Heritage Softail. It's a second chance offer on ebay that I hope pans out. I have been without a bike for 8 years so I am really looking forward to this.

1995 FLSTN, the 95 - 99 EVO's are head breathers which work better when you start to add some inches. Lots of after market complete engines and parts available for the EVO the sky is the limit.

Found an '83 FXSB right up the street from me, have to see how much he wants....might end up going with a shovel if the price is right.
