Looks like inflation is hitting on the parts, I paid $22 for a set of take off mufflers a few years ago.
If nobody wants them why are they so expensive today ?

What did you do with the old front fender trim? I need a setup like that for my lazyboy FLT.

I've got a 95 Ultra, that while nice, was just not my style. I've been in the preocess of converting it to a Street Glide. Of course this means that I will pretty much have to use a number of newer model parts.

I'm pretty sure I can make the following fit fine:

06-08 FLHX front turn signals (still need)
06-08 FLHXrear turn signals (still need)
06-08 FLHX front boards (still need)
06-08 FLHX rear pegs and mounts (still need)
06-08 FLHX saddle bag mount rails(still need)
04 FLHR mufflers (done - $40)
94-96 FLHR Mustang Solo seat, with 11" passenger pillon (Shipped yesterday $200)
?? - ?? Model ?? Tank console - longer, like a FLHX, which is reall what I want to make fit (still need)
04 FLHT rear fender hoop / license plate mount (done - $30)

Here's how it looked when I got it...

And here's how it looks today... (next week the Mustang solo seat goes on and the search for a longer tank console begins)

Do you mean the front bumper amd chrome hoop? It's on the shelf in the garage, along with the chrome front disc covers, caliper covers, saddle bag rails, trunk, rack, saddlebag top chrome pieces and the chrome peices on the side covers. I've already sold the fishtail SE slip ons and the headlight / turnsignal eyebrow sets.

I don't really plan on selling any of the factory stuff, like the bag rails, trunk, rack or bumper, but all the other accessories are about to go on craigslist and ebay next week.

I have a 1990 eglide and am also going for the streetglide look. Does anyone know what console i need to get that is longer so i dont have to get the extension piece for the stock console? I changed the seat to a newer style and dont want to use the extension i would rather change the console

Hey Paco, you put an '07 header on a 90 Electra glide. That would mean that it would fit an 89 also would it not? It bolted right up? I am looking to do something to my '89 FLHT as the pipe is cracked right off the rear cylinder. Would rather not spend the big $$ to go new or a/m

Hey Broke,
I wouldn't ride the bike until that pipe is fixed. Mine shattered and it caused me to drop an exhaust valve guide near Mitchell, S.D. last year. Lost about 2 days of time and a major PITA. That's why I just bought the 07 exhaust for my bike.
