How do I identify a softail "B" engine?

How do I identify a softail "B" engine?
I just read this and was wondering how I can tell if my 1993 Softail has this engine and is this good or bad? It does shake a bit so I'm not sure if it's balanced or not?
The Softail "B" (balanced) engines must not exceed 6200 rpm ---- ever! The four ball bearings that support the crankshaft counterbalance weights become overloaded at 6200 and will eventually fail if run at higher rpm. If you own a "B" motor, do not fit one of the 7000 rpm Harley ignitions, or, for that matter, anyone's ignition that allows the engine to turn past 6200. You could remove the balance shafts which would raise the safe rpm to over 7000 rpm, but --- it would then shake just like the Evo did.

Ok, I'm pretty sure all softails are balanced. I guess I should stick with a 6000 rev limit then? Where are the balancers located? I did pistons and cam on mine and didn't notice anything, must be on the stator side? Are then problematic at all? Or is this just the twin cams that are balanced? Wow, I need help. lol.
