oil leaking from rocker cover breathers

oil leaking from rocker cover breathers
only had bike two weeks its a 1998 fatboy with screamin-eagle air filter fitted it has a chrome tube linking both breathers together with rubber tube going down to air filter, oil is leaking from where the chrome tube is bolted to the rocker cover is there supposed to be a gasket there. i have just a metal washer
