Default Clutch basket-3 bolts?

I got a new clutch hub for my 89 FXR, and one of the bolt holes wasnt properly tapped. Apparently I didn't re tap it quite deep enough, and the bolt broke off in the hole while I was torqueing it to spec. Will 3 bolts do ok for now, or am I risking clutch failure without the 4th bolt being installed? Seems toengage fine right now after reassembly and factory manual adjustment. I know a machinist could pull the broken bold and re tap, but it would probably run as much as a new hub off of ebay...

Thanks in advance for any advice and experience!

Any good machinist should be able to drilland remove the broken bolt and then re-tap the hole in about half an hour at the out side. Its not that big of a job. I have people bring stuff like that in to the shop all the time.

Thanks JB, much appreciated! I was just wondering if it's ok to run as it without warping anything. After tweaking the clutch adjustment today, she was chirping the tires when upshifting hard on the throttle. Dang thing rides a lot different than the shovel-love it!

You need to get that fixed asap!!! Your clutch was designed for all 4 bolts holding it in place. You may ride it like that forever with no problems, but I think you are headin for a much more expensive fix than just a new hub if you keep ridin it. Fix it before it breaks, unless you like walkin!!!!
Just my opinion!!!!
